How it works in practice

  1. 1

    You fill in the form

Name, surname and passport number of each tenant plus the flat address. It takes about two minutes, and you see a preview of the document straight away.

  2. 2

    We prepare the statement

The owner of the substitute premises signs the document with your details. In the notarised option, a notary also certifies the signature.

  3. 3

    You collect the document

The next day from 11:00 at the latest, often the same day, at ul. Skierniewicka 34A or from your chosen parcel locker. You pay on collection.

  4. 4

    You go to the notary

With the statement, you sign the act of submission to enforcement at the notary. This step is mandatory in every occasional lease agreement.

The substitute premises is a real flat with a land register. Its number is in the document, and you or the notary can check it for free in the government system EKW of the Ministry of Justice.
