How NajemOK started

Since 2023 I have been working as a real estate agent in Warsaw. I help tenants find a flat and owners rent it out safely. More and more owners choose an occasional lease because it protects them in case of problems with a tenant.

After two years I kept seeing the same problem. The flat is found, the terms are agreed, and the lease is stuck because the tenant has no substitute premises address. It is especially hard for people who have recently come to Poland and have no family here to ask for such a signature.

That is why we created NajemOK. We work with property owners who sign statements right away. You fill in the form and collect the ready document the next day at the latest, often the same day.
