- The service does not include the tenant's notarial deed. The Client signs the statement of submission to enforcement at a notary of their choice and bears its cost.
§4. Order
- An order is placed through the form on the website by providing the chosen option, the details of all tenants (name, surname, type, series and number of identity document), the address of the rented premises, the collection method, and a phone number and e-mail.
- Before placing the order, the Client sees a preview of the Statement and is responsible for the correctness of the data provided.
- After placing the order, the Client receives an e-mail confirming its acceptance with the order number, price and collection date. The contract is concluded when this confirmation is sent.
